If not renewed in time, a .LY domain would remain in the 'Expired' status for 30 days and then in the 'Redemption' status for another 30 days after which it will be deleted from registery and made available for registration again.
At the moment .LY domains under the 'Redemption' status can be renewed without any extra charges.
