Upcoming Scheduled Maintenance, June 7th
 

Dear Valued Customers & Resellers,

We’re writing to inform you about a scheduled maintenance window we will be having to upgrade our billing system & client area to the latest version
Scheduled Maintenance Window:
3:00AM-5:00AM (CST) Wednesday June 7th, 2017
During this time frame, our billing system and client area (my.register.ly) will need to be taken offline for up to one (2) hours. We have conducted substantial planning and preparation to keep this downtime to a minimum and will do anything in our power to minimize upgrade time.

During this time you will not be able to access our client area & API, therefore you’ll not be able to make any new orders or renewals. Our DNS service will not be disrupted during this time and will function normally. However, you’ll not be able to edit any DNS records during this time.

Once the system is back online, you’ll be able to process your API orders normally. There will be no need for any code changes.
